Hours at these spots often run into the evening, later than a typical coffee shop, and many stay open on weekends when demand is highest in Naperville. Ordered the 6 pack. Paid extra for all deluxe cookies. I only received 5 cookies and the deluxe chocolate chip were marginally smaller than the other deluxe cookies I ordered.

My kiddo was driving me crazy to try this place out. We were pleasantly surprised. I loved the chocolate mint and my military discount chocolate chip. πŸ˜€ The kids liked their confetti cookies. I loved how they had milk for sale. Nice touch!

I walked into the Naperville Insomnia Cookies excited to order a Super 6. This is genuinely my favorite cookie company, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I clearly told the cashier, Amari, exactly which six cookies I wanted. When I checked the receipt, I realized I had been charged for six individual cookies instead of the advertised Super 6 bundle. The total was more than seven dollars higher than the listed price. The only reason it was caught is because I actually looked at the receipt. How many customers don’t? When I politely brought it up, there was no apology and no accountability. I was told, β€œYou said this cookie not that cookie.” Then, β€œI thought that is what you wanted.” There was no clarification during the order and no effort to correct it afterward. It is not about the money. It is about service and ownership. This is my favorite cookie company. I do not want that experience tarnished because the attitude and training at one of the few locations you operate are not being controlled. Mistakes happen. This felt dismissive and careless. Loyal customers should not have to defend their own order just to be charged correctly.

Way better cookies than the other place. They actually fully cook them while keeping the softness. They maintain the same menu. You don’t have to wait until your favorite cycles back around. They also have specialty cookies, and serve ice cream. Open late - goes great with the name. Wish there were sit down options inside. Overall, great place.

We ordered insomnia cookies last night, because we had a sweet tooth. I was expecting way more out of the 4X4 cookies that we ordered. They showed up to the hotel cold and we’re just middle of the road in my opinion. I have a sweet tooth and my wife said she wanted some candy last night. So I thought to myself heck why not get some cookies. The red velvet cookie was amazing even though it was cold. Everything else was OK but nothing to ride home about. Maybe you have to eat the cookies in the store, for them to be fresh and warm? I was super excited about the brookie and the chocolate chip chunk. But was underwhelmed. My wife did like the peanut butter cookie. I give this cookie store a one out of five.πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ
